As per a latest study, drinking more than two soft drinks in a week can cause Pancreatic Cancer. The study believes that drinking more sugary drinks increases the amount of Insulin the pancreas produce which causes the Pancreatic Cancer.
Pancreatic Cancer is known to be one of the deadly forms of cancer and only five per cent of people who are diagnosed are alive five years later.
While the study did found co-relation between Soft Drink consumption and Pancreatic Cancer, no such relation could be established between consumption of fruit juices and spread of pancreatic cancer.

Tata Nano, India’s cheapeat car ( in terms of price) will be sold in the US as well. However, the price of Tata Nano in US will be $5000, i.e. around double of its price in India.
Average price of a car in US is usually around $9000 and therefore this might actually prove to be a great option for just half the usual price.
Tata Nano’s US model will be costlier because of the stricter safety and emission norms in the US.

Innéov Fermeté is a magical pill developed by the confectionery giant Nestlé and the world’s biggest cosmetics company,L’Oréal. Innéov Fermeté is a sugar-coated pill which as per the tests has shown dramatic results in slowing down the ageing of the skin and thereby reducing the wrinkles.
Scientists developing the pill based it on lycopene, the red carotene pigment found in tomatoes. They modified it into a form more readily absorbed by human cells, then combined it with a form of vitamin C and with isoflavones — chemicals extracted from soya beans.
All three ingredients are powerful antioxidants which, scientists believe, help protect tissue against damage.
Innéov Fermeté or the new magical pill will soon be available in UK as per a report on TimesOnline. While the pill is reported to be producing results in keeping the skin wrinkle free, it does come with a hefty cost of $40 for a supply that only lasts 10 days.

1.) What to eat and drink to get more muscle mass?
Eat foods rich in Protein like eggs, lean ground beef ( or some other red meat), tuna, almonds, walnuts, whole-wheat pasta, multigrain bread, beans etc. You must also make it a point to eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits to balance it out.
Drink Protein shake and also drink a lot of milk. Milk contains calcium which helps in building stronger bones.
When it comes to getting a better body and building muscles, getting rid of the extra fat in your body, its important that you eat a meal every 2-3 hours. Eating a meal at regular intervals keeps your metabolism rate up.

Workouts are important to get better muscles. You can do a workout every alternate day. Alternate day workout helps your muscles repair.
Get a workout that looks like this, and make sure you start with a fairly heavy weight 75-100 lbs and make sure to rest at least 2 minutes between working sets (not warm up sets). Its advisable to consult your physio / doctor before you do any workout.
Workout A:
