Keeping your COOL helps you heal faster
Yes, the title says it all. You can heal faster if you maintain your cool. As per the scientists as Ohio State University, keeping a control on your anger can help you heal faster. The study was done on around 100 subject and those with higher temper took four times longer to heal.
The research found that levels of stress hormone called Cortisol, which is also known to suppress immunity were reportedly high in individuals having high temper.
