Report Twitter Spam to @Spam

Growth of Twitter ( What is Twitter? ) has certainly attracted lots of Spammers, scammers, phishers and all kind of bad guys. The recent Twitter phishing scam is a big proof of this. However, interesting to note is that If you are getting people spamming you on Twitter, you can actually report them to @spam. @spam is an intetresting service by Twitter which tries to protect the spam count and ban the spammers from Twitter.

In order to report Spam to Twitter, send a reply to @spam with the suspicious user name:For example, if you wish to report user id spam123 as a spammer to Twitter, follow this pattern ( without the quotes).

“@spam @spam123“
