BBMP now has an online interface for filing complaints
BBMP or Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike has launched a website aimed at ublic Grievance Redressal. The website is called Spandana and can be accessed by clicking here.
Spandana allows you to raise complaints related to various departments. Example of complaints can be issue with street lights, falling of tree branch to repair of road.

Dear sir/ma-am,
I am the resident staying in Address no8, 2nd cross, Ganapathi nagar, Rajagopalnagar main road, Peenya 2nd stage , 3rd phase, Bangalore -560058.
The road construction work is going on this surrounding area & it is alloted to our road and surrounding roads also. But the BBMP people purposley they didnt construct our road and neighbour road. As prior experience they did with us many times this is not a first time. This time we went and met AEE and people who involved in this project, they neglected . Response was very bad. We the people of this area paid all kind of taxes which is payable, but we are denying from the service all the times. Please do help us we are denied from our rights. Please do reply us. Awaiting for the response. Please dont neglect. We are pissed off.
